myQQ Account and Membership Linking Process

One of the benefits of using myQQ is to be able to manage your membership. To be able to start taking advantage of this benefit, we need to first locate your membership.

Why do you need my credit card number?

For the safety of your membership and privacy, we use the credit card number used for billing to locate your membership. This ensures that only someone trusted with this information can link your membership with a myQQ profile, and, therefore, manage your membership. 

OK, how do I begin the process of linking myQQ with my membership?

  1. When you first sign up for myQQ, you will be prompted with a screen asking if you are a current member with us.

  2. Click Yes to proceed to the credit card input screen where you will input the information of the card that you currently have on file for billing:

  3. If the information matches up with the credit card on file, you will be provided with a list of cars on the account. Review and confirm that it looks accurate, and click OK.

Troubleshooting

Sometimes things just do not go according to plan. Here are some general problems you may run in to, and how to solve them:

What do I do if I clicked No and started inputting license plates, but I actually have a membership?

We get it. You were anxious, and really wanted to get in to managing your membership with us. To restart the account linking process we will need you to give us a call at 888-772-2792, and we can reset your profile.

Please have the account info you used to sign up available, so that we can locate the account. We will reset the profile for you, and when you log in again the account linking process will be restarted.

What do I do if I get an error that no account was found with the payment method provided?

If you input the credit card number you believe is being billed monthly and get an error, it is possible that your billing information may need to be updated. This could be due to an expiration date change, new card was issued by your bank, or your membership was setup on our old system.

For your safety, we do not do this update through email. You will need to call us at 888-772-2792, and perform the update over the phone with a customer service representative. Please make sure to have your license plate and credit card information available. When the update is complete, try linking your account again. Our system should then be able to find your account using the credit card info you provided the representative.

What do I do if I get an error that I have multiple accounts matching the payment method provided?

myQQ is currently limited to subscribed members with a payment method associated with only one account (max of 5 active vehicles on a membership). If you have more than 5 cars, you may be setup on a second account. To be able to sign up for myQQ, you will need to change the billing method on one of the accounts.

If you do not have more than 5 cars, it is possible you bought two separate accounts. Do not worry. We can fix this for you, and when the fix is complete you will be able to take advantage of our flock discount.

For your safety, we do not do this update through email. You will need to call us at 888-772-2792, and perform the update over the phone with a customer service representative. Please make sure to have your license plate and credit card information available. When the update is complete, try linking your account again. Our system should then be able to find your account using the credit card info you provided the representative.

If I cancelled my membership, can I still perform this process?

Unfortunately, the account linking process only works for active subscribed members. You will have to wait until after your membership fully ends to then create your account, or reactivate your membership by calling our customer service line at 888-772-2792.

If you wait until after your membership ends, you can click "No" at the first screen, and manually add each car to your profile. This will at least allow you to see the receipt history of your car, and make it easy to reactivate at a later date.

If you opt to reactivate the membership, please try the process again, and input the credit card information you provided the customer service representative to locate your account.
