We use a help desk software to help manage questions, comments, or concerns that you may have submitted. This allows us to be able to ensure we are properly serving you. It also gives you the ability to see the status of any items you submitted for us to help you with.
To view the status of these items, you will need to register with our Help Center. Please follow these steps:
- Click "Sign in" at the top right of the screen.
- You will see a sign in screen similar to the following:
- You can do one of the following:
- Sign in with Twitter
- Sign in with Facebook
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Microsoft
- Or, Sign Up if you are New to Quick Quack Car Wash using any email and password.
- Any of these options will direct you to a sign up process and either automatically create your account using one of the providers above or allow you to input an email address with password you select.
It is important to remember that if you sign up with any of the services above or a different email than what you previously provided us, you may not see any of your previously submitted issues.
