Welcome! You have been selected to participate in our MyQQ Beta test. Please read the following information to ensure a successful experience.

What is MyQQ you ask? It is our online tool that allows you to manage your Quick Quack membership: you can do things like upgrade your wash package, update your payment method or add new cars to your account. 

 Before you begin, here are a few helpful tips:

  1. For best results, please use a smartphone to log in. We wanted to make a mobile version of our site first and improve it for use on a computer later. Desktops/laptops will work, but you might find that the site is a little stretched and large. 
  2. You can sign up with any email account, or use the Google sign in. The easiest method is Google, but you are more than welcome to use another provider. If you do use another provider, you will need to be able to access it rather quickly as you have only 5 minutes to click a confirmation email to continue.
  3. Have the credit card you pay us with every month handy to locate your membership. We will not charge you in this process; it just helps us make sure we find the right account. Rest assured that your data is safe.
  4. After we locate your account, you will need to confirm that the license plates shown are yours. Please double check that you recognize the plates before continuing.

That's it! If you complete these steps you should immediately be in our app. We will be adding articles to our "Help" function shortly. 

Please be aware that any changes made to your membership in this app will actually change your membership; therefore, please ensure you are only making changes you want. These changes might include adding a car, or updating your payment method. Since any change will happen in real time, they will be effective immediately at our wash. Some of these modifications to your membership could affect your future monthly billing. We try and make this clear during the process, but please let us know if you think we can do better.

As for what we need from you...feedback. We really want to know what you love, like, or dislike about the app. It's important for us to get this right for our customers, and we're relying on you to be the person that helps point us in the right direction.

If you have problems, please use the form above to communicate with us. This form will go straight to the developers, and eliminates the need to go through customer service or ask anyone at the store. This form, however, cannot be used for account modifications, so please restrict the feedback to issues related to the app.
