How do I cancel my auto-renewing membership?

We’re sorry to see you go! You can cancel your auto-renewing membership with us at any time.

To cancel your membership, follow these steps:

  1. Click “Submit a request” at the top of this page or the button below.


  2. Input your email address if you do not see it automatically populated.


  3. Select “I'd like to cancel my membership” from "Please choose your issue below" drop-down


  4. Select the reason for your cancellation from the "Cancellation Reason" drop-down.


  5. Input a license number and state you reside from your account.
    If your car does not have a license plate, please provide us the VIN.
  6. Click “Submit”

And as easy as that, your cancellation request has been submitted.

Include the last four digits of the debit or credit card, if you are not comfortable providing this information via email/online please call 888-772-2792.


It takes a couple of days for us to process a cancellation, so please submit your request prior to the renewal date to avoid charges for additional billing periods. As per our terms of service we do require 10 days advance notice to cancel without further billing and membership charges cannot be refunded. If you are canceling in the first 45 days of membership then you are subject to a $5.00 dollar cancellation fee.

What happens if I cancel my membership before the renewal date?

If you cancel the automatic renewal before your renewal date, you can continue to use your membership at any of our locations until your renewal date. You will not be charged again unless you restart your membership.

If I cancel my auto-renewing membership, will I be charged?

You will not see any more membership charges unless you restart your membership. If you cancel with time left in your billing period, you may continue to use the wash at any of our locations until your membership expires from non-renewal.

Can I suspend my membership instead of canceling it?
