  • If a membership is downgraded within a billing cycle, then the remainder of that cycle will be on the previous package before switching over to the new package. For upgrading your membership there is an upgrade fee equal to the difference in the package pricing. This is charged upon upgrading and with change the wash package effective immediately. This cannot be waived unless it is upgraded through customer service and within 7 days of the customers billing date.
