I believe there was damage to my vehicle at your location, what do I do?

If you believe one of our car wash locations damaged your vehicle, you will need to return to that location as soon as possible to fill out an Incident Report. Any employee can help you fill out an Incident Report. The Store Leader will review the report if they are not available at the time you file the report, and contact you with the next steps. This process can take up to a couple of weeks to complete. 

 

If you did already speak with a Store Leader and more than a couple of weeks have passed, please provide the following information to info@dontdrivedirty.com  if you have already completed the incident report: 

  • 1) First and last name on the form 
  • 2) The license plate number and state or VIN of the vehicle associated with the incident 
  • 3) The location of the incident 
  • 4) The incident number and date of incident
