Unfortunately QQ does not prorate any memberships or charges. If the membership is cancelled within the billing cycle the customer will still have use of their membership until the end of that cycle. This is the same for flock vehicles that are removed during a billing cycle. They will have the remaining time left in the billing cycle before being dropped off the auto-pay membership.

  • If a membership is downgraded within a billing cycle, then the remainder of that cycle will be on the previous package before switching over to the new package. For upgrading your membership there is an upgrade fee equal to the difference in the package pricing. This is charged upon upgrading and with change the wash package effective immediately. This cannot be waived unless it is upgraded through customer service and within 7 days of the customers billing date.
  • Adding a vehicle during your billing cycle is still subject to the vehicle add on fee. Your vehicle will be added on effective immediately and the membership pricing with be at full price of both vehicles on the next billing date. This fee can only be waived if it is added through customer service and within 7 days of the customers billing date.
  • Quick Quack does not issues partial credits or refunds on memberships.
